  1. Found by AI

AI assistant — not a lawyer, not the governmentFirmenza's assistant is software. It explains what a section asks and checks the format of what you type. It does not give legal advice, and it is not part of the government.

Each night the AI assistant reads new notices against your profile.

    The notice says

“Haul and dispose of construction debris from three building sites.”

    Your profile says

“Roll-off and dump truck hauling for construction sites.”
  2. Saved and tracked

    • On your Saved list, with a private note.
    • A reminder email before its response date, and the digest tells you when it changes.
  3. What it asks for

The requirements checklist lists each one with the page it came from.

    • Provide a copy of each driver's commercial driver's license.Section C, page 4
    • Describe two similar jobs completed in the last three years.Section L, page 12

Free help also exists: APEX Accelerators (DoD-funded, free) and the Federal Service Desk will help you at no charge. We built Firmenza to be useful alongside them.

A counselor helps when you meet. Firmenza keeps checking a registration you watch and tells you when something changes.

Common questions

Is Firmenza part of SAM.gov or the government?

No. Firmenza is a private company.

Where does the health-check data come from?

The public tier of SAM.gov's Entity Management API. We never show bank or tax numbers.

What does "not found" mean?

Either the entity has no public record or it has opted out of public display. We report both possibilities and never label a business "unregistered".

What does it cost?

The check, the reminders and the copilot are free. Our work is paid, at the prices on the pricing page, shown again before you pay. Through November 30, the first Full Service order an account sends is free, whether it is a new registration, UEI only or a renewal. A free order does not include a year of Care. Registration and renewal in SAM.gov are free at sam.gov.

Who is behind Firmenza?

Three founders in Springfield, Missouri. One of us built the SAM.gov entity-registration workflow and secure document upload/validation at TechSur (2021-2022).

Is Firmenza available in Spanish?

Yes. Switch languages at the top of any page.
