FirmenzaFirmenza
AI assistant — not a lawyer, not the governmentFirmenza's assistant is software. It explains what a section asks and checks the format of what you type. It does not give legal advice, it is not part of the government, and it enters nothing in SAM.gov. You make every certification yourself.

For counselors and advisors

Written for APEX Accelerator, SBDC and SCORE advisors.

What Firmenza is

  • A free health check of the public SAM.gov record: status, dates and addresses on file.
  • A shareable report link, not indexed by search engines.
  • Email reminders before an expiration date, with a free account.
  • An assistant that explains each section and checks the format of what is typed.

What Firmenza never does

  • Never asks for a client's login.gov credentials or signs in as them.
  • Never automates login.gov or drives a browser on SAM.gov.
  • Never pre-answers, defaults or suggests an answer to a certification.
  • Never submits anything to SAM.gov.
  • Never keeps a tax ID, Social Security number or banking details on the worksheet, and never unencrypted anywhere.
  • Never tells a specific business whether it counts as small, is affiliated, or qualifies for a category. Those come back to you, or to an attorney.

Using it with a client

  • Run the check before the appointment and bring the report.
  • Send the link, not a screenshot.
  • With a paid renewal letter, the report shows the real expiration date and that registration is free at sam.gov.
  • The report needs no account; reminders need a free one, with no password.
  • For a client registering for grants or an SBIR deadline, start with the how-to-register guide under /guides.

What the assistant does

It explains what a section asks and checks the format of what somebody types.

It refuses questions about a specific business, such as size status, affiliation or a certification.

What we can and cannot see

Firmenza cannot see anybody's SAM.gov account. Reports use only the public record anybody can search.
