What not to send us
Never send us your login.gov credentials, in any way. Never send a tax ID, Social Security number or banking details by email or in a message: we will delete the message.
What we cannot do
Firmenza cannot see inside anybody's SAM.gov account, change a registration, or speed anything up on sam.gov. We read only the public record. For the registration system itself, the Federal Service Desk is free.
