For a new registration, a renewal or a UEI only order, you pay only when everything is ready and your specialist can start. On a registration or a renewal, your specialist enters nothing in SAM.gov before you pay.
Someone at your business stays the Entity Administrator. You give our named specialist the Data Entry role. We never ask for your Login.gov sign-in.
For a new registration, you start it on SAM.gov yourself, through Receive Unique Entity ID. That step ends with your own certification and makes you the Entity Administrator. Then you invite our specialist. We can do it together on the call.
