Signed in, Firmenza's capability statement page lets you write the one page buyers and prime contractors ask for, in your own words, and print it or save it as a PDF from your browser. It can fill in your legal name, UEI, CAGE code and NAICS and PSC codes from a registration you watch or a copilot worksheet, and no AI writes any of it. From a registration you watch, it also fills in the website and the physical address when our last read of its public record has them.
What goes on a capability statement in Firmenza?
The capability statement page is there for every signed-in account, and your dashboard links it. It is the one page buyers and prime contractors ask for, written in your own words.
It has sixteen fields in three groups. About your company: the company name, a company overview, core competencies, past performance, and what sets you apart. Company data: the UEI, the CAGE code, NAICS codes, PSC codes, and the programs you hold. Contact: a contact name, title, email, phone, website and address.

What can Firmenza fill in for me?
Start from a record you hold fills in the legal name, UEI, CAGE code and NAICS and PSC codes from the public record of a registration you watch, or from one of your copilot worksheets. When our last read of a watched registration's public record has them, it also fills in the website and the physical address; a worksheet does not. Check each one; you can change anything, and nothing is saved until you press Save.
It never fills in a tax or bank number. A field that looks like a tax ID, a bank account number or a PIN is refused when you save, because it does not belong on a capability statement.
Programs you hold is your own statement: Firmenza never fills it in and does not check it. Whether a business qualifies for a program is a question for a free counselor or an attorney, like the card just below this guide.
Does AI write my capability statement?
No. No AI writes or suggests anything on the capability statement page. The words are yours, and the page fills in only the public facts named above, when you ask it to.
How do I print it or save it as a PDF?
Print or save as PDF opens your browser's print window, which can save the page as a PDF. Only the statement prints.
How long does Firmenza keep it?
Your capability statement stays until you delete it or your account. Delete statement removes it, and that cannot be undone.
