Your inbox and tasks: the AI assistant prepares the work, you decide

How the inbox holds the work the AI assistant prepares for you, and how tasks keep your dates in one list.

The Firmenza team ·

What is the inbox?

The inbox is one place for the work the AI assistant prepares for you: a notice it picked, or a section of a proposal it drafted. Instead of checking each notice for what changed, you open one list and decide what is waiting.

Each card says what it is, which notice it is for, what it was drafted from and where to see the whole item. Every card the AI assistant made carries the "AI assistant" label. The count beside "Inbox" in the menu tells you how many requests wait.

How do you decide a request?

A drafted section has three buttons: Approve, Edit and Reject. Edit opens the text for your changes, and "Approve with my changes" saves your text as the version you read. A picked notice has the same Save and "Not relevant" buttons as on your list. Each decision is recorded with its date.

Nothing in the inbox decides itself. There is no button that clears everything at once and no timer: a request waits until you decide it, and one that expires is never counted as a yes. A decision changes only your own records in Firmenza, such as a saved notice or a draft.

What are tasks?

Your tasks are your own list, with a date when it matters. A task can come from a notice you saved and its response date, from a requirement on its checklist, from your renewal, or from you. Press "Add as task" on a notice or a checklist row, or add one yourself with "Add a task".

Open tasks that are due soon are listed in your digest email, and in the reminder email Firmenza sends before a saved notice's response date. Mark one done when it is done.

What does the weekly count show?

On your dashboard, "What your AI employee did this week" counts the notices it read, the ones it picked for you and the sections it drafted, then what you decided and what is still waiting. Each number is counted from the records, never typed in, so it is a quick, honest view of the week.

The inbox and your tasks are open to every account. The AI assistant's work in them, its picks and its drafts, comes with Pro and its trial. The pricing page says what Pro includes.

Free help also exists: APEX Accelerators (DoD-funded, free) and the Federal Service Desk will help you at no charge. We built Firmenza to be useful alongside them.
